BEHIND THE LENS

 

I'm a freelance photographer who has photographed special moments from the instant I picked up a Polaroid camera. That was nearly 20 years ago, I've not been without a camera since, and I regret nothing. What I enjoy most about photography is the emotion it captures. There are numerous things in life that can't be formed into words. Though you cannot hear what's unspoken, with the snap of a finger on the release button, those unsaid words are captured in a single image. I believe that an image has the ability to reach the soul of a person. Regardless if it's three or 100 years from now whenever someone glances at the picture taken they'd know that at that moment there was happiness.

 

I've photographed weddings, family gatherings, and self-portraits. I am constantly working on my craft and there has never been a moment where I didn't learn something new.

 

Photography is not a job for me, photography is my artistic form of expression and I hope that you see that in my work.
